Who I am,
I am Courtenay Bowman, a Spiritual, Purpose-Driven Empowerment Coach, professionally trained as a Transformational Coach. I studied and received national certification directly under Natalie Ledwell, Co-Founder of Mind Movies, at Mind Movies Coaching Academy and creator of the Mind Movie Modality and world-renowned Inspirational Speaker and Author. The beauty of transformational coaching is that I am able to help women seek deeper meaning in life, explore spiritual growth, and align with their true life’s purpose. I use a soul centered approach to coaching that emphasizes authenticity, where clients learn to connect with their intuition and core values to guide their own decision making. This approach empowers them to harmonize every area of their life and come back into balance or perhaps create balance for the very first time in their life. And with this, to harmonize their career, their relationships and even expand their personal growth. All of this allows transformation in order to reach a client's highest level of authenticity, and success, free from external pressures or limitations, with self-allowance to reach their full potential having addressed mental barriers, limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and even pain.
